If you are a Time Warner Cable customer, Lola thinks you may want to start looking into Cablevision! Starting JAN 1 networks like Nickelodeon, MTV and Comedy Central will no longer be there.
Viacom, the media company that owns Comedy Central, MTV and Nickelodeon, among many other channels, and Time Warner Cable have not been able to resolve a business agreement and its threatening Viacom channel service to subscribers.
The cable company has said it is prepared to refund customers for the lost programming if a deal can't be reached by New Year's, though the amount hasn’t been determined yet.
